Goto Tendon Menu Best Seller
Goto Tendon is known for its special tendon, pares, silog meals, and other comfort foods. These are some of the best-sellers of this restaurant that have a familiar, unique, and authentic taste, making people come back for more.
1. Goto Tendon – From the name of this restaurant, you will already know that Goto Tendon is their signature dish and specialty. The broth of this dish is made with beef bones boiled for 8 hours and simmered for a full 12 hours to make it flavorful and pleasurable. It is garnished with US beef tendon, quail egg, and tripe. The chicharon bits served with it add a crunchy texture, while the piece of calamansi adds a citrusy flavor.
2. Beef Tendon Pares – The beef pares of this Goto Tendon is different from the usual one, as a specialty tendon is added on braised beef stew, making its taste distinctive, which is why it is one of the best sellers of this restaurant. It is served with garlic rice, soup, and homemade chili sauce, giving diners a complete and filling meal.
3. Maiz Con Nyebe – A favorite dessert of its customers where shaved ice is flavored with milk. The vibrant color of the sweetened corn kernels on its base and the leche flan toppings of this sweet treat makes it look enticing. It results in an enjoyable treat as the simple yet flavorful ingredients of this maiz con nyebe blend perfectly.
4. Tapsilog – Tapsilog is an all-time favorite breakfast meal, and many are familiar with its taste as it is commonly served in Filipino households and restaurants. The tapa served in this meal is made with U.S. beef marinated with special spices and fried in a pan. It is served with garlic rice, sunny-side-up egg, soup, and mixed vegetables.
5. Tokwa’t Baboy – It is the favorite side order of its customers, as it has a satisfying taste, making it a perfect appetizer or paired with rice. The strips of lechon kawali and fried tofu are the two main ingredients of this dish. The chopped green chili and onions mixed with it impart a delicious aroma and taste, satisfying each bite.
